Every season, the league honors the teams and players who have demonstrated exceptional skill, leadership, and integrity throughout the year. These awards highlight the best of the UPL and UFL divisions and celebrate the individuals and clubs who embody the values of our competition.


Awards are given out for the following:
UPL/UFL Champion - Awarded to the team that finishes at the top of their divisions table after the full season.
UPL/UFL Golden Boot - Recognizes each divisions top goal scorer for the season.
UPL/UFL Golden Glove - Recognizes each divisions top goalkeepers, measured by clean sheets and goals against.
UPL/UFL All-League First Team - A prestigious, player-voted honor recognizing the top eight players in both divisions by position. (1 GK, 2 DEF, 3 MID, 2 FWD)
Upstate Cup Champion - Awarded to the winner of the league’s knockout-style competition featuring teams from both divisions.
Upstate Fair Play Award - Presented to the team across both divisions that best exemplifies sportsmanship, respect for referees, positive conduct, and integrity throughout the season.
