Team registration isn’t open yet, but captains who plan to lead a team for the 2026 Fall Season can now join our Captain Priority List. Simply visit the Contact Us page and send a message stating your interest in captaining a team.

Captains on the Priority List will:

- Be notified before public registration opens

- Have the best chance of being matched with a league sponsor

- Increase their likelihood of being placed in the UPL division

- Get a head start on team onboarding (name, logo, kit design, roster building)
